• Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
• Client Data (ERP Services): If you are an educational institution using our School or Coaching ERP, you act as the "Data Controller" for your students and staff. We act as the "Data Processor." We only process this data to provide the ERP services to you as per our agreement.

2. Information Collected via Mobile Applications (Google Play Store)

If you download and use our white-labeled Android applications (e.g., Admin App, Staff App, Student App) from the Google Play Store, we may collect the following information to provide core functionalities:

• Device Information & Permissions: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your device's camera (for uploading assignments or profile pictures), storage (for downloading reports or saving documents), and push notifications (for alerts and updates).
• Usage Data: We automatically collect device information such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system version, and system activities to diagnose crashes and improve app performance.
• Data Security & Transmission: All data transmitted from the mobile applications to our centralized servers is encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols and is subject to the same strict security standards outlined in this policy.

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:

• Create and manage your account in our centralized server architecture.
• Deliver our SaaS platforms (School ERP, Coaching ERP) to your mapped domains.
• Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally to improve our applications.
• Respond to product and customer service requests.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

Note: OnBharat does not and will never sell, rent, or lease its customer lists or ERP client data to third parties.
